At the heart of the plot, the central living space is accessed via a long bridge that spans the sunken courtyard, leading directly to the main entrance. From the bridge, one can see the children’s living areas, which open into the basement level.
The main living area soars six meters high and extends 17 meters in length. The space is completely pillar-free, with a fully glazed façade featuring motorized sliding glass panels. This allows the entire interior to merge seamlessly with the courtyard, eliminating the boundary between inside and outside. The swimming pool, appearing to extend into the structure, reflects the house from the courtyard, reinforcing the perception of the building’s architectural mass.
The master bedroom, situated on the second floor, overlooks the double-height space and the courtyard, offering a panoramic view of the entire property.
