The DS MINIMAL 70 windows, made with Rehau RAU-FIPRO profile, a composite material that allows for extremely slim frames, offering larger glass surfaces and more light.
In fact, the MINIMAL 70 windows allow 15% more light compared to traditional frames, making the environment more comfortable and bright.

The DS_MINIMAL70 system for PVC windows features a construction depth of 70 mm with a 6-chamber frame, a 5-chamber sash, and the ability to accommodate glass up to 44 mm (double-glazed units).

The profiles contain three co-extruded and weldable sealing gaskets for reliable and long-lasting protection against air and moisture.

The main profiles are made with high-quality REHAU RAU-FIPRO® PVC: the lead- and cadmium-free formulation, compliant with the use in climate zone S (according to UNI EN 12608), ensures high resistance to aging and weathering agents.

The sash/frame system is capable of providing thermal transmittance values Uf up to 1 W/m²K in accordance with EN 12412-2. The air permeability value, in accordance with DIN EN 12207, is Class 4. The sound insulation value (depending on the glass and profile) Rw can reach 46 dB, in accordance with ISO 10140-2.

All certified values are validated by internationally recognized notified external laboratories, such as the IFT Institute in Rosenheim.

The Minimal 70 system carries the German “RAL” quality seal awarded by TÜV. The profiles are produced according to the ISO 9001 quality control system and the ISO 14001 environmental control system. Additionally, the Minimal 70 system belongs to the REHAU NEFERIA system family, which is included in the GBCe materials and data platform, helping to achieve Breeam, EPD, and VinylPlus certifications to meet the requirements of Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM).

The windows will be supplied with the CE Marking, as required by the product standard EN14351-1.
