The east-facing façade, entirely glazed, is conceived as an open section that visually connects the interior spaces with the Adriatic coastline. This design approach stems from Vaccarini’s extensive research on the depth of surfaces and serves as the key to enhancing the traditional Adriatic-style apartment building.
By reinterpreting the relationship between interiors, the surrounding landscape, and public spaces, the architect has created a structure that seamlessly integrates contemporary design with its coastal environment.
